It is dirty, taking a shot from behind a social shield like that. It's how a lot of abuse is perpetuated against men and boys. You don't hit a woman. No, never. But neither should you have to tolerate abuse (physical or otherwise). Not from a her, him, or an anyone, really ;)

I can't speak for your personal story, obviously, but I don't think snapping necks would help, R. Most likely, it would only saddle the victim with more trauma, guilt and all that nasty shit we log around after us.
